What can I say. Mandy made our day so so SPECIAL! And easyyyyy! I really cannot say enough about her professionalism, friendliness, time management and accessibility. She is exactly what you need for any wedding. Most venues have a wedding “coordinator” but they are simply the booking and setup agent. If you want to feel like every base is being covered and every need is being met, you need Mandy from Breathe Easy Events. She thought of so many things I didn’t even know I would have to think of, but also calmly reassured me in times of stress. She always managed to make herself available for in-person meetings and on the wedding day itself, she was nothing short of super woman. 10/10 professional. 11/10 person. We hired Mandy for our day-of needs and we are SOOOO glad we did. Mandy supported us the months leading up to our wedding on 10/18/2025 with Zoom calls (we were an out-of-state couple) to make sure we were on track with all of our vendors and getting everything coordinated. She worked directly with our venue prior to wedding day to make sure all of the final details were squared away. She was our absolute favorite vendor to work with and the one that provided us the most value. We did not have to worry about a single detail the day of and everything went off without a hitch with her on our team. We were able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything and that is PRICELESS for a bride and groom. Cannot recommend Mandy enough if you are looking for a fairygodmother to make your wedding a reality.

Mandy was incredible to work with for our Sept 2025 wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator, but her services went above and beyond with timeline planning and communication about 5 months prior to our wedding. She was critical for ensuring all of our vendors were organized and that we had a logical timeline for the whole wedding weekend. She was a pleasure to work with and really made sure she got to know me and my husband so that we could feel confident that she could handle decisions day-of the wedding. We hired her to be our day-of coordinator only, but really from 6 months before the wedding she was highly communicative, involved, supportive, and totally there for both of us. We absolutely ADORE Mandy!!! Her support and guidance throughout the entire planning process is unmatched. She was so quick and responsive to any questions we had, and even if it was just to ask advice on random decor ideas or guest favors her honesty was always appreciated! She was so professional and organized, we truly felt like she would move mountains to achieve our dream wedding. On the day before and especially on the day of our wedding she truly kept everyone on task and according to our timeline…If any issues popped up during the wedding process i didn’t even know happened until after the wedding so she was able to handle all the chaos that happened with such ease! My wife and I hired Mandy from Breathe Easy Events as a day-of coordinator for our wedding this past summer, to facilitate the events of our wedding day. We had a rather large wedding with the ceremony and reception located at two different sites, so our needs and expectations were high from a wedding coordinator. Mandy not only met our expectations, but completely exceeded them at every step of the relationship. She was immensely helpful to us, not only on our wedding day but in the many months leading up to our wedding. Her consultation and advice was invaluable to us, and the schedule of events on our wedding day was run ‘to a T’.
