I knew I liked Shana from our first phone conversation. She was funny and kind, and knew exactly what she was looking for! I think had we met under different circumstances, we definitely would have been friends :)
Shana & Matt had a vision of what they wanted for their big day, they just needed a little guidance on how to pull it all together (#dayofcoordinator to the rescue!). As the details of their wedding at Cochecho Country Club came together, I saw more and more of their personality emerge, and realized just how amazing and fun loving this couple actually is.
On the day of Shana & Matt's wedding, New England (being New England) decided to gift us with a damp, cool, August day. But you never would have known the weather was less than perfect by the love & warmth that radiated from Shana & Matt, and all their family and friends. Shana was glowing in a gown by Liv Harris, and carried a stunning bouquet (courtesy of Sweet Meadows) as she walked down the aisle to her forever with Matt. The ceremony, which was officiated by Shana's Uncle Dana, was filled with laughter, tears, and... props!
As the bridal party posed for photos on the golf course (captured by both Curtis Weddings and Bella Luci Photography), the party started indoors with cocktail hour and rolled right on through the end of the night thanks for music by DJ James Fairchild.
I love all the little intricate details that make up a wedding, but ones that hold a place in my heart are: Shana's dance with her father, Dan (sweet & hilarious all at the same time!), the amazing cake/cupcake display by Sweetened Memories, and seeing the joy on Shana's face each and every time she greeted one of her guests.
Shana & Matt - thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me be a small part of your day. I wish you nothing but a life filled with laughter & love... and music from Keith Urban's guitar ;o) xo
